SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Paytrail Oyj's payment intermediary service is a payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority and acts as a payment service provider for merchants. Paytrail forwards customer (consumer, business or organization) payments to the merchant. The payment can be made using Paytrail-supported or produced payment methods that the merchant has agreed to use through Paytrail. The merchant is informed of a successful payment immediately.
INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT METHODS
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient in the bank's online service. The payment is settled to the merchant. In the case of card payments, Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. In case of complaints, we ask you to contact the product supplier primarily.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards. Card payment takes place securely on Nets' SSL-protected payment form. Neither the online store nor Paytrail Oyj has access to card information, and card payment information is not stored in our systems. The online store uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which verify the cardholder's identity.
The online store uses Paytrail payment intermediary service for card payments. The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations defined by itself related to the trade. In card payments, the transaction is created between the customer and Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7). Paytrail Oyj is responsible for obligations and complaints related to card payments. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON PAYMENTS
Paytrail Oyj purchases the receivable, i.e. the payment amount, from the online merchant and offers you the opportunity to pay with any payment method mentioned on the payment page. Information about the payment is provided to the seller immediately.
In the bank's online service, Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient. The payment is credited to Flying Carpet Oy.
For credit card payment methods, the seller of the product and the recipient of the payment is Paytrail Oyj. In case of complaints, however, we ask you to contact Flying Carpet Oy's customer service primarily.
COLLECTOR INVOICE
We offer the possibility to pay by invoice in collaboration with Collector Bank AB. When you choose invoice as the payment method, you will receive the products before payment. You can pay the full amount at once or split the payment into smaller installments. To pay the invoice in installments and enter into a credit agreement, you must pay the minimum amount by the due date of the invoice and sign a credit agreement with Collector Bank. See the address (oma.collector.fi) for how the signature is made. The invoice is due at the end of the following month. An invoicing fee of 3.95 euros is charged for the invoice.
When choosing to pay by invoice or installment, you can only place an order to your permanent address in the population register. You must be at least 18 years old when ordering. Upon receipt of the invoice, you can choose a 24-month installment payment by paying the minimum monthly amount indicated on the invoice. The interest rate on the installment is 19.9% per year.
A credit check is made during the order. Reminder fees and interest are charged for late payments and unpaid invoices.
